Katie Shepherd (course instructor) is a registered Dietitian who created this program as a way to introduce children to healthy eating with a hands on approach. Learn how to make baked good delicious and healthy. We'll explore new techniques, and learn how to make healthy and nutritious ingredient swaps while we make muffins, cookies, quick breads and savory biscuits. All recipes will be nut free but may contain dairy and eggs.
