MassDEP lifted the water restrictions due to drought conditions on May 20th; however, the city's Water Management Act permit allows us to implement additional restrictions, such as calendar restrictions (May 1st to September 31st). The calendar restriction has been triggered, so water restrictions are in effect daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
