The Water Division has developed a Lead Service Line Replacement Program with the goal of removing all the lead service lines in the water system.
Records for 9000+ service lines in the City have been inventoried and classified. Letters were sent to property owners on November 1, 2024 for service lines identified as lead, galvanized or unknown. Updated letters were sent out to property owners on December 8, 2025.
