The Permit Submission & Issuance Process has been modified.  Please read the information below carefully as many procedures & requirements have changed. The Public Works office at 125 Locust Street is not open to the public until further notice. {last updated June 10, 2021}

Application & Fee Process


All fee schedules shall include the cost of any protective equipment provided by the city to its inspectors and used during an inspection of the project.

Permit & Fee Submission

All permit applications must be submitted electronically to  All payments must be made by check through the mail or dropped in the lock box at 125 Locust Street.

Permit Review & Approval

Permit applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Please expect delays.
